Therefore melatonin is vital for a good night’s sleep, but low levels of melatonin can cause a wide range of sleep-related health disorders.

Directions:1 to 3 sprays under the tongue, hold for 20 seconds then swallow. Take just prior to retiring or as directed by your licensed professional practitioner.
