The pillow is customizable; it will arrive overstuffed so you can simply unzip the cover to remove as much fiber as you would like. The soft, clean, virgin cluster fiber increases the life of the pillow because the little fiber balls rearrange themselves inside the pillow when ""fluffed"", preventing lumping and increasing the resiliency of the pillow. Cluster fiber is soft, does not clump or bunch, is hypoallergenic, and machine washable for added convenience and easy care. Simply remove or add stuffing throughout the life of your pillow to suit your size, shape, or sleep position. This puts you in control - soft or firm, the choice is yours.
