Shipping & Delivery Policy
Orders for in-stock items received by 2:00 PM CST (Monday – Friday) may often ship the same day. The standard shipping method is ground (unless otherwise specified by the customer) to all destinations in the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii – shipping methods and rates may vary). Items ordered directly from the manufacturer may take longer. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate carrier based on customer needs, cost and delivery schedules.
Orders for in-stock items will be immediately shipped to you from the nearest ChiroEquip™ warehouse on the same working day, if placed before 6 p.m. EST / 5 p.m. PST. In order to keep your products within reach, we ship using ground whenever possible. Shipping costs are determined by the order size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.
If your order requires delivery outside the continental U.S. (AK, HI, PR or GU), please contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or call customer service at 469 828-1901 office, 888 285-5873 Toll Free to obtain an estimate. For urgent deliveries, expedited services, including Saturday delivery, please specify in writing by email, however, additional charges will apply. All orders are FOB (Free On Board) Shipping Point, meaning that the buyer takes delivery of goods being shipped to it by a supplier once the goods leave the supplier’s shipping dock.
Continental US Orders
Parcels reach most US destinations within 3-5 business days of shipment and include tracking information. Depending on weather conditions and your location, your delivery may take slightly longer. We are not responsible for delays by the carrier.
Two Day FedEx
Special shipment requests are available and guaranteed by FedEx to arrive in 2 business days (Monday-Friday) as long as the product is available. In order to qualify, the order must be entered by 12:00 am CST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday at 12:00 AM CST will arrive by Wednesday afternoon. An order submitted Friday at 12:00 AM CST will arrive on Tuesday. We are closed during normal holidays which will push back delivery.
Your shipment is guaranteed by FedEx to arrive by 3:00 PM the next business day (Monday-Friday). In order to qualify, the order must be entered by 11:00 am CST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive by Tuesday afternoon. An order submitted Friday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive on Monday. We are closed during normal holidays which will push back delivery.
Your shipment is guaranteed by FedEx to arrive by 10:30 AM the next business day. In order to qualify, the order must be entered by 11:00 am CST Monday-Friday. Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive by 10:30 AM Tuesday. An order submitted Friday at 11:00 AM CST will arrive Monday morning by 10:30 AM CST. Priority overnight is not available in all areas.
Saturday Overnight Delivery
Saturday delivery is available using FedEx. Orders must be placed on the Friday before the desired delivery date. A $16.00 additional charge applies. Please phone in your order. Order must be received by 4:00 PM CST.
White Glove Service
We offer FedEx Signature Home Delivery, Evening Home Delivery and Appointment Home Delivery. Please call customer service for a custom quote.
Large orders or items will be shipped LTL (Less-Than-Truckload, which means the shipment does not completely fill an entire truck) via common carrier. Please contact customer service for a custom quote.
Post Office Box & APO/FPO
Please contact customer service for product availability and delivery.
Alaska / Hawaii Shipping Method
All parcels are shipped using FedEx Ground, Ground, USPS, or another international carrier. We will select the most appropriate carrier based on your order and destination.
