This policy explains what information ChiroEquip (“we”) collects when you visit chiroequip.com, contact us or place an order, and how we use it. Questions? Email cs@chiroequip.com.
Information you give us
- • Contact form: your email address, subject and message, so we can answer you by email.
- • Orders: your name, practice or company name, email, phone number, shipping address and the products you order, so we can process, ship and support your order.
- • Payments: card payments are entered in Elavon's secure payment window and processed by Elavon. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
- • Your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back.
- • Meta Pixel and Conversions API. We use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tools to measure our ads and show ads to people who may be interested in our products. They record actions on our site such as pages viewed, products viewed, items added to the cart, checkout started, contact form sent and purchases, along with your IP address, browser details and Meta cookies. When you send the contact form or place an order, we also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of contact details such as your email so Meta can match the action to an account. Meta's use of this information is covered by Meta's own privacy policy.
- • Hosting logs: our hosting provider records basic technical information (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and secure the site.
How we use your information
- • To answer your questions and provide customer service
- • To process, ship and support your orders, including sharing order and shipping details with the manufacturers and freight carriers who fulfill them
- • To measure and improve our advertising and our website
- • To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business (payment processing, website hosting, email delivery, order fulfillment and shipping) and with Meta for the advertising purposes described above. Some state privacy laws treat sharing information with advertising partners for targeted ads as a “sale” or “sharing.” To opt out, email cs@chiroequip.com.
Your choices
- • Manage the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
- • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser or extension that blocks tracking.
- • Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing cs@chiroequip.com. We may need to keep order records required by law.
Keeping your information
We keep order and contact records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Security
The site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and card payments are handled by Elavon. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Our site is intended for healthcare professionals and businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
