Supply orders ship direct from our suppliers and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Equipment is built to order and ships from the manufacturer — lead times vary by model, and we confirm timing after your order.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight, dimensions and destination — there is no free-shipping threshold. Standard ground and expedited options are offered for consumables.
Equipment & freight
Large equipment (treatment tables, traction, modalities) ships by freight, quoted separately after your order. A specialist confirms a curbside delivery quote; liftgate and inside delivery are available for an additional fee.

Damaged or lost shipments
Inspect your delivery on arrival. Report parcel damage or loss within 5 days; note freight damage on the bill of lading and report within 48 hours so we can file a claim.
