30-day returns
Unopened consumables may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is customer-paid — free only if the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original card via Elavon Converge within 5–7 business days of our receiving the return.
Restocking & equipment
- • Equipment returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- • No restocking fee on standard consumables
- • Configured / made-to-order equipment is subject to manufacturer terms
