Used where a manual adjustment is contraindicated or the patient guards against it, delivering a controlled, repeatable force into the segment. The Erchonia Adjustor™ is a handheld mechanical pulse adjusting instrument for chiropractors. A variable pulse feature lets the practitioner select a constant or pulse wave, and torque is adjustable. It has an anti-rotational head, an improved linear solenoid for longer run time, and four tips: large yoke, small yoke, single head and ball head.
