BodyMed® Digital Moist Heating Pad
Hot and cold therapy brackets the chiropractic adjustment — heat to prepare tissue, ice to settle an acute segment afterward. Moist heat before the adjustment to reduce guarding; cold after an acute adjustment to control the inflammatory response. Heating pad for temporary relief of discomfort from muscle strains and sprains, joint discomfort and muscle aches. Needs no water: it makes its own moisture from humidity in the air.
