Lumbar and abdominal supports are standard chiropractic home care for acute low-back presentations. Dispensed after an acute adjustment to limit aggravating motion between visits, then weaned as the patient stabilizes. The Evergreen™ 631 LSO LoPro gives effective trunk stability and targeted compression. This simple, low-profile brace limits flexion and extension in the lumbar spine. One adjustable size fits waists from 28" to 54" (up to 64" with the extension panel), using a pull-through sizing mechanism with no tools. That cuts inventory cost and space. FlexTabs™ on the integrated anterior panels spread pressure and conform to the patient's anatomy. Aspen's patented 4:1 SlickTrack™ system tightens the top and bottom independently, so patients can localize compression.
