An Elasto-Gel™ therapy mitten about 3/8" thick, with a blue 4-way stretch cover and one adjustable wrist strap. Use it hot or cold for relief of minor aches and pains. The glycerin-based gel gives a moist heat sensation, stays flexible even at -20°F, and won't dry out or leak if punctured. It holds its temperature for about 20–30 minutes. Heat in the microwave as directed. Latex free. Made in the USA. Do not overheat: follow the heating directions supplied with the mitten. The gel may feel only warm, but an overheated mitten can transfer too much heat and damage the skin. Do not use hot or cold therapy over areas with impaired sensation, or if you have circulatory problems, unless supervised by a health care professional.
